– Slimming and fitness holidays Fox Boot Camp

Every day at our camp is different. You don’t have to worry about becoming bored of repeating the same exercise sequences. Most trainings take place in the woods, on glades, by the lake. It will give you the opportunity to fully enjoy the charms of Masurian land.

Here is an exemplary training day. However, keep in mind that the training plan is reviewed every morning to adapt it to the weather conditions of the given day and to the group’s capabilities:

  • 15:00 – Arrival
  • 18:00 – Welcome dinner & brief / orientation”
  • 7:00 – 7:30 – Snack,
  • 7:30 – 8:45 – TRAINING I (e.g. stretching exercises + Nordic walking + tabata),
  • 8:45 – 9:45 – Breakfast,
  • 9:45 – 11:45 – TRAINING II (e.g. track with obstacles and loads),
  • 11:45 – Snack,
  • 12:30 – 13:30 – TRAINING III (e.g. competition, group competition),
  • 13:30 – 14:00 – Lunch,
  • 14:00 – 15:30 – Diet consultations (twice a week),
  • 15:45 – Snack,
  • 16:00 – 17:30 – IV TRAINING (e.g. flat stomach and strong spine + stretching + relaxation and meditation),
  • 17:30 – 18:15 – TRAINING V (stretching)
  • 18:30 – Dinner,
  • 20:00 – Sports or classic massage *
    massage is an additional paid service
  • 7:00 – weigh out & other measurements
  • 8:45 – breakfast
  • 9:30 – TREINING
  • 11:00 – snack
  • 12:00 – departure (rest day for campers staying for more than 1 week)

ATTENTION: If you are worried that your set of exercises is too intense for you or at some point you feel that you are just fed up, you can switch to a lighter training version. Our camp is for everyone.
