How to prepare to Runmageddon?

RUNMAGEDDON and FOX BOOT CAMP are joining forces to provide you with the best opportunity to prepare for participation in Runmageddon and other races with obstacles.

Fox Boot Camp – as a training partner of Runmageddon – will ensure that participants have improved

  • performance – you are awaited by functional training and elements of CrossFit
  • running and speed – we will take you through interesting Masurian running routes, we will practice intervals. There will be no shortage of our favourite TABATA.
  • strength – training with kettles, barbells and dumbbells will be useful here
  • stabilisation – through bosu exercises, balancing and obstacles
  • technique of overcoming walls and other obstacles,
  • technique of crawling
  • we will teach you how to climb ropes
