Regulations

1. Fitness holidays organized by Fox Boot Camp take the form of recreational physical activities conducted in an open area and in a forest.
2. The services of Fox Boot Camp may be used by people over 18 years old.
3. Persons who are under 18 years of age and have submitted an application should present their guardian’s written consent to participate in the classes.
4. In the event of serious health problems, injury or pregnancy, please inform the instructor when applying
In the camp.
5. Fox Boot Camp is not responsible for valuables of customers and for items left in the rooms.
6. In the event of the Customer’s resignation from participation in the camp, the following policy shall apply:
• resignation from participation 30 days before the beginning of the camp – reimbursement of 85% of the camp cost;
• resignation from participation 14 days before the beginning of the camp – 50% refund of the camp cost;
• resignation from participation less than 14 days before the beginning of the camp – the return for the camp is 0%.
To protect yourself against emergencies and accidents, we encourage you to take out Trip Insurance and Accident Insurance.
7. Fox Boot Camp reserves the right to cancel the camp if the number of participants registered for a given date is less than 4 people. In this case, all funds paid will be returned within 24 hours from the 8th announcement of the decision to cancel the camp.
