Learning to prepare meals, implementing healthy eating habits

If you want to eat better, take care of your health, fight for a better figure, but you do not know where to start, we invite you to the unique edition of the Fox Boot Camp – SLIMMING – CULINARY CAMP.

It was created for people who, in addition to daily training and theoretical knowledge of healthy eating – would like to get practical skills and knowledge that will help them prepare nutritious, balanced, tasty and, above all, quick to prepare food for each day.

Every day at the camp, we will prepare a part of the meals together, train and learn how to implement proper, healthy and regular nutrition. There will also be talks about natural immunotherapy, disease prevention and practical advice on how to prepare and plan your daily menu, as well as how to store your meals so that every day your meal is HEALTHY, TASTY AND QUICK.

There will also be something for the spirit and for relaxation – sauna sessions, evenings by the fireplace and a SLEIGH RIDE with horses through the Masurian forest.

We use products with high nutritional density. You will not find purified/refined products such as white sugar, white flour, white salt or white rice here.
Instead, we will enjoy products such as quinoa, millet, avocado, pomegranate, kale, almonds … and many other superfoods.
