It’s true that you will have to break a sweat with us. But the results are guaranteed! You are awaited by a large dose of movement and slightly smaller than usual, but very healthy portions of tasty food. It will be an impulse for great changes in your body.
All our classes take place under the watchful eye of a qualified fitness trainer who has gained experience by running boot camps in the UK. The daily dose of physical activities is up to 7 hours of activity during the day. Their intensity is diverse, and small groups allow to tailor the effort to the capabilities of each of the Fox Boot Camp participants.
