Because Fox Boot Camp is a proven formula for trainings oriented at a quick and long-lasting effect. With us, there are no accidental actions or boredom. Each day, we offer nearly 7 hours of physical activity and a series of diverse classes. There is not a day in which trainings repeat!
We are aware of the varied level of advancement of our campers, which is why all exercises are available in 3 levels of intensity, and thanks to the small count of groups you will remain under the watchful eye of a qualified trainer. In brief, we will see that you feel comfortable, and you remember the slimming camp for adults with the greatest pleasure.

OUR ORIGINAL TRAINING PROGRAMME
You will not find such an interesting and diverse training programme anywhere else! Our original training programme is a carefully planned set of activities and exercises which will in an optimal way impact your body, quickly bringing the assumed results. Under the watchful eye of our fitness instructor, participants learn how to carefully perform further elements of training. Slimming holidays in Masuria are the best idea for losing excess kilograms, enhancing fitness and slimming the figure.
OUR TRAINING FACILITIES
Fox Boot Camp endurance holidays are the only place in Poland which offers such diverse and modern training facility. We do not spare sports equipment and its constant improvement, wanting to provide the camp participants with diverse and the best accessories for training. - 7:30 – 8:45 – TREINING I (stretching activities + nordic walking + tabata)
- 8:45 – 9:45 – Breakfast
- 9:45 – 11:45 – TREINING II (obstacle course + training with weights)

ATTENTION: If you are worried that your set of exercises is too intense for you or at some point you feel that you are just fed up with it, you can switch to a lighter training version. Our camp is for everyone.

We are aware that nutrition is one of the most important aspects guaranteeing health, a beautiful figure and good sports performance. We offer fully nutritious, balanced meals based on superfood products. No sugar, processed ingredients and unhealthy fat.
You are not interested in losing weight, but rather improving your endurance? No worries. You will receive high-calorific portions for the maximum effects of training.
At our slimming holidays for adults you will also learn what to eat and how to prepare meals to keep your body in shape and health. Adult sports camps include dietary lectures and cooking workshops. You will replace unhealthy eating habits for a nutritious and tasty diet that will support your body in health.

ACCOMMODATION AND THE SURROUNDINGS
Your well-being, comfort and relaxation after training are one of our priorities. To this end, we have created a luxury resort that is the accommodation and training base ONLY for campers. For our guests we have comfortable rooms with a view of the picturesque garden and forest. The spacious living room, terraces, benches among rhododendrons, deck chairs by the stream are a great place for evening chats and spending time with other participants of the stay, in a cosy, home-like atmosphere.
