Do you want to find out what FOX BOOT CAMP is all about? Are you looking for a true rest from everyday duties at work?

3-day FOX BOOT CAMP is something for you!

– you will learn about our Masurian resort and modern training methods,
– you will appreciate outdoor activities instead of exercises at the gym or gymnasium,
– you put your body into active rest mode,
– you will charge you battery for further professional challenges,
– you will leave with new knowledge about healthy eating.

THE LENGTH OF STAY IS UP TO YOU. YOU CAN COME FOR 3,4 OR 5 DAYS.*

The start / end date of the camp is up to you. You have 2 options:
1) Start the camp with the whole group on Sunday and leave on any chosen day (at the time of day suitable for you)
2) Arrive mid-week (on the day and time you choose) and end the camp with the whole group on Saturday around noon. It is possible to extend the stay by 1 night and leave on Sunday around noon.

PLAN OF 3-DAY STAY AT BOOT CAMP

  • arrival on Wednesday evening (around 19:00),
  • departure on Saturday around noon,
  • 3 nights,
  • full board from Thursday till the end of camp,
  • valuable meals (round the clock meals based on healthy, wholesome products * + body cleansing cocktails + unlimited drinks),
  • all-day trainer care,
  • about 5 trainings a day,
  • fitness tests, body composition analysis and measurement of circumferences (at the beginning and end of stay),
  • dietary and training consultations,
  • fitness film screening,
  • 12-week training plan for the future,
  • recipes for all meals served at the camp (they are a ready diet to be continued in the future),
  • emotional support,
  • equipment for physical activities,
  • Internet access (Wi-Fi).

*Stays shorter than 7 days are possible on camp dates outside July and August.
